Lead the Development of Tomorrow's Organisations
With this program, you have the opportunity to work in-depth with rethinking leadership and framing changed leadership behavior, so you and your organisation can rid yourselves of overburden, increase engagement, and thrive in an unpredictable and complex environment.
We are experiencing an increasing awareness of the need to rethink organisation, leadership, and working methods. A significant focus is on creating improvements that contribute to life-giving and sustainable organisations and results. Headlines such as "The Organisation of the Future," "Regenerative Leadership," and "4-Day Work Week" are all examples of this.
We also often see a "gap" where attempts at increased self-organisation and co-leadership among employees are held back by a lag in adjusting leadership behaviour and management tools.
For many reasons, several of our leadership understandings and habits are no longer sufficient in dealing with complexity. Many of us have recognized this, and many of us understand well what we could beneficially change. But understanding is one thing; doing is another. Often, the new behavior is counterintuitive and, therefore, struggles to take root in us.
That is why we have designed this program to support you and your organisation.
You will have the opportunity to effectively explore and practise a concrete, practical path forward for rethinking leadership that can work in your context. This hands-on approach will give you the confidence that the changes you make will be effective.
The program is rooted in the latest knowledge in leadership, organisational, and behavioral psychology and draws on solid experiences over many years with flow promoting leadership and organisation. We focus particularly on strengthening relationships within organisations and on how we can support each other in succeeding with often counterintuitive behavioural changes.
The one-year program offers inspiration and practical tools to increase your managerial capacity. You become adept at meeting challenges in a new way that takes experiences seriously, releases energy, and invites participation, initiative, and co-creation, even when it's difficult.
Structure
The Masterclass is structured with a 1.5-hour virtual kickoff followed by 8 full-day modules where we meet in person.
The program concludes with an optional certification.
You will also have access to two individual sessions with one of the instructors and participation in two facilitated peer group meetings.
We allocate ample time for dialogues about what we inspire each other with, what we practice, and what we test. You can expect to be invited to engage in meaningful conversations. And you have a say in how we work together and organize ourselves throughout the program.

Focused, informal, and pleasant, with breaks and time for building relationships
We recommend combining this with action learning in your own context.
If you wish and have the opportunity, you can enhance the program by simultaneously implementing trial actions in your own organisation and using peer consultation and individual discussions to strengthen work on your own specific improvement initiatives.
This will increase the benefits you gain from the program. You will reduce the gap between what you learn and the application of that knowledge to practical results in your own organisation. We will assist you in getting started with systematic trial actions and maintaining good momentum.
You can fully participate in the program, whether or not you take advantage of this opportunity to supplement with action learning.
